摘要

Abstract

Digital-Driven Transformation in Global Educa-tion:Promoting digital education through national strategic initiatives has systematically accelerated the digital trans-formation of education.Pioneering a new phase of high-quality development in nursing education empowered by digital technologies constitutes an inherent requirement for building an education powerhouse.Against the back-drop of China's Digitalization Strategy and guided by the National Standards for Teaching Quality in Nursing Educa-tion,this study conducts a macro-level logical analysis of digital empowerment in nursing education based on the TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment)framework.Concurrently,a SWOT model is applied to microscopically examine strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats in achieving high-quality development.By organically inte-grating the TOE and SWOT analytical models,we con-struct a TOE-SWOT hybrid framework.Through rigorous analysis,we propose a four-pronged strategic approach for digitally empowering nursing education:.
