摘要
Abstract
Reinforced truss composite slabs are widely used in prefabricated concrete structures, featuring high strength, large stiffness, and long service life. However, the reinforced truss base slabs have problems such as high self-weight and the complicated construction process caused by exposed steel bar.To address the above issues, this paper proposes an ultra-thin reinforced truss composite slab, where the thickness of the precast base slab is 20 mm and that of the cast-in-place slab is 80 mm.Static load flexural tests were carried out on the ultra-thin composite slab and a cast-in-place slab. And comparative analyses were conducted on the mechanical index parameters of flexural performance, such as bearing capacity, deformation characteristics, and crack development.Test results show that compared with the cast-in-place slab, the average crack spacing of the ultra-thin steel bar truss composite slab is reduced by 36.84%,and its bearing capacity is slightly improved, which conforms to the design concept of"equivalent to cast-in-place",and the precast base slab and the post-poured slab can form a reliable integral structure.关键词
