老年精神障碍患者"互联网+护理服务"需求问卷的信效度研究
Reliability and validity test of the"Internet+Nursing Service"Needs Questionnaire for elderly patients with mental disorders

Abstract
Objective To develop a scientific and comprehensive"Internet+Nursing Service"Needs Questionnaire for elderly patients with mental disorders and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Guided by Watson's care theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,a draft of the questionnaire was formed by using literature review,semi-structured inter-view and Delphi method,then revised and screened through pre-investigation and item analysis to form a formal question-naire.A total of 405 elderly patients with mental disorders were investigated by using a convenience sampling method from Tianjin Anding Hospital from January to June 2023,and the reliability and validity were conducted.Results The question-naire contained 33 items in 5 dimensions,included monitoring and treatment needs,disease management needs,psychologi-cal and emotional support needs,health education and rehabilitation guidance needs,and social support needs.Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.978,and the Guttman split-half reliability coefficient was 0.938.The average content validity index was 0.935,and five common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative vari-ance contribution rate was 84.470%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the model was ideal and the factor structure was stable.Conclusion The"Internet+Nursing Service"Needs Questionnaire for elderly patients with mental disorders has a good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate the needs of elderly patients with mental dis-orders for"Internet+Nursing Service"needs.关键词
