沉浸式虚拟现实镜像疗法联合神经肌肉电刺激用于老年脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的效果分析
Effectiveness of immersive virtual reality mirror therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical sti-mulation in elderly patients with post-stroke dysphagia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of immersive virtual reality mirror therapy combined with neuromuscular e-lectrical stimulation in elderly patients with post-stroke dysphagia,aiming to provide a simple and safe therapeutic approach for this population.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke in Lishui People's Hospital were en-rolled as study subjects.Using a random number table method,participants were equally allocated into either a control group(n=47)or an observation group(n=47).The control group was given neuromuscular electrical stimulation com-bined with conventional swallowing training,while the observation group additionally underwent immersive virtual reality mirror therapy.The improvement of swallowing function,nutritional status and quality of life before and after intervention,as well as the incidence of aspiration pneumonia during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the difference in the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)score was(9.61±2.38)in the obser-vation group and(5.25±2.04)in the control group.The decrease was more significant in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of aspiration pneumonia during the treatment period was 8.5%in the obser-vation group and 25.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).Nutritional status and quality of life improved in both groups,with superior outcomes observed in the observation group(P<0.001).Conclusion The immersive virtual reality mirror therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation effectively im-proves swallowing function,reduces the incidence of aspiration pneumonia,improves nutritional status and enhances quality of life in elderly stroke patients.关键词
