Abstract
To improve the long-term durability of recycled asphalt mixture(RAP)for expressways,based on the reconstruction and expansion project of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway,this paper systematically analyzes the evolution law of the road performance of the mixture under different RAP dosages.The results show that with the increase of RAP content,the dynamic stability,flexural tensile strength and flexural stiffness modulus of the recycled asphalt mixture all present a gradually increasing trend.Both the water stability and the bending tensile strain show a downward trend.The RAP dosage forms a critical inflection point at 40%,confirming that 40%is the optimal dosage for comprehensive performance.By controlling the RAP dosage to the 40%threshold and coordinating the warm-mix process and interface modification technology,it is possible to effectively inhibit the deterioration of water stability while ensuring the strength gain,and significantly improve the service life of the recycled pavement.关键词
