顾及管线特征和地形影响的海底管线分割方法
One submarine pipeline segmentation method considering pipeline characterization and terrain influence

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of pipeline target shape variation and submarine linear landform affecting the precise segmentation of submarine pipelines,in this paper,based on the YOLOv8n segmentation model.Firstly,joint Spatial Pyramid Pooling-Fast(SPPF)and Large Separable Kernel Attention(LSKA)module to enhance the model's ability to aggregate features at multiple scales and reduce leaky segmentation of pipeline targets.Secondly,an Efficient Multi-Scale Attention(EMA)module is added in the backbone network to improve the model's attention to the anti-interference capability for linear landforms and reduce false segmentation of linear landforms.The experimental results prove that the new model has better submarine pipeline segmentation performance,and its segmentation precision,recall,and mean accuracy mAP50 in the test set are 86%,80.7%,and 86.9%,respectively,which are 2.3%,5.2%,and 8.9%higher than that of the original YOLOv8n model,which significantly improves the model's segmentation capability of the submarine pipeline.The comparison with other mainstream segmentation models also proves the superiority of the new model.关键词
