摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the continuing education and training model for general clinical pharmacists in coun-ty-level medical institutions,and to provide a basis for bet-ter training of grassroots clinical pharmacists.Methods Relevant literature on continuing education and training for general clinical pharmacists both domestically and interna-tionally from January 2014 to the present was reviewed.Competency evaluation indicators were extracted through literature screening and group discussions,and a prelimi-nary training system framework was constructed.The boundary value method was used to screen the indicators.A questionnaire survey based on the Delphi method was conducted using Questionnaire Star software to evaluate the consistency and reliability of the experts'assessments of the system indicators.Results Forty pharmaceutical ex-perts from 39 county-level medical institutions across six provinces in China participated in this study.The response rates for the two rounds of questionnaires were 100%and 97.5%,respectively,indicating a high level of expert en-gagement.The expert authority coefficient,determined by the judgment coefficient and familiarity,was 0.87.The fi-nal indicator system included 4 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators.The Kendall's coordination coeffi-cients ranged from 0.089 to 0.182,with all P-values less than 0.05,indicating good consensus among experts after two rounds of surveys and reliable results.Conclusion This study can serve as a reference for the continuing edu-cation and competency evaluation of general clinical phar-macists,who are in high demand at the grassroots level.
