摘要

Abstract

Under the framework of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper explores the internal and exter-nal environment for the digital transformation of Nanjing Lishui rice industry through SWOT analysis.The re-sults indicate that the industry enjoys remarkable advantages in natural resource endowments,accumulated in-dustrial foundation,and strong policy support.However,it is faced with practical constraints,such as insuffi-cient penetration of digital technologies and a talent reserve gap for interdisciplinary professionals.In terms of the external environment,the deepened implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the upgrading trend of consumption structure,and innovative breakthroughs in digital technologies bring important develop-ment opportunities.Nevertheless,challenges like synergy barriers between technological and managerial ele-ments and intensified industry competition present substantial threats.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the dimensions of strengthening digital technology application,constructing a professional talent cultivation system,enhancing brand value,and expanding market channels,aiming to provide theoretical ba-sis and practical paths for the digital transformation of Lishui rice industry and facilitate the effective imple-mentation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
