Study on Countermeasures for the Governance of"Free-riding"Behavior of Regional Public Brands of Agricultural Products in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
The"free-rider"behavior has had an adverse impact on the creation of regional public brands of agricultural products in Liaoning Province.This paper analyzes the economic reasons for the emergence of"free-rider"behavior,lists the specific manifestations of"free-rider"behavior in regional public brands of agricultural products in Liaoning Province,and proposes gov-ernance countermeasures from three aspects:ensuring transparency by improving the digital traceability system for regional public brand agricultural products in Liaoning Province;ensuring coordination by strengthening multi-subject supervision by government departments,industry associations,and leading agricultural enterprises;and ensuring self-awareness by enhancing publicity and education to foster a market environment and social atmosphere of"cherishing brands,protecting brands,and promoting brands".关键词
