高淀粉酿造用高粱杂交种辽杂66选育及栽培技术
Breeding and Cultivation Technology of Sorghum Hybrid for High Starch Brewing Liaoza 66

Abstract
The brewing sorghum hybrid Liaoza 66 was developed by the Sorghum Research Institute of the Lia-oning Academy of Agricultural Sciences,using the self-selected male-sterile line LA16 as the female parent and the self-selected restorer line LNR8 as the male parent.The hybrid was produced in the spring of 2020 in Hainan.From 2020 to 2021,it underwent two consecutive years of yield and resistance evaluations at the in-stitute,showing outstanding performance.In 2022~2023,it participated in the national regional trials for sor-ghum varieties,and in 2025 it was officially registered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs under the Non-major Crop Variety Registration program as GPD Sorghum(2025)210014.This variety has a moder-ate growth duration,with brown husks and red grains.It exhibits a high starch content of 78.22%,crude pro-tein content of 9.56%,crude fat content of 3.15%,and an amylopectin proportion accounting for 75.60%of total starch.Its tannin content is 1.15%,and it provides a high liquor yield,making it an excellent new sor-ghum variety for liquor brewing.关键词
