Abstract
In order to analyze the settlement characteristics and influencing factors of high-rise building raft foundations,taking the foundation of Anyang Smart Hotel in Fuzhou as an example,ABAQUS simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the effects of raft thickness,foundation reaction coefficient,and pile stiffness on the maximum principal stress and settlement of raft foundations,and to determine the most sensitive factors affecting the degree of influence.The results show that the higher the thickness of the raft,the coefficient of reaction of the foundation bed,and the stiffness of the pile,the lower the maximum principal stress and settlement of the raft foundation,and all exhibit a linear function relationship.The most significant factor affecting foundation settlement is pile stiffness,so when optimizing the mechanical response and settlement control of high-rise building foundations,the focus should be on improving pile stiffness.关键词
