数智赋能产教联合体培养新质人才的机制研究
Research on the Mechanism of Empowering Industry-Education Consortia with Digital Intelligence to Cultivate New Quality Talents
摘要
Abstract
To empower the industry-education consortia with digital intelligence to cultivate new quality talents,it is necessary to establish a dynamic and adaptive curriculum system to ensure the synchronous update of educational content and industrial demands,and cultivate students' innovative competencies and practical skills.In terms of the development of the teaching staff,the industry-education consortia should strive to build a team of dual-qualified teachers,so that they can better guide students to apply theoretical knowledge to solving practical problems.Meanwhile,the evaluation system and quality assurance mechanism of the industry-education consortia must be based on scientific data analysis and feedback mechanisms to ensure the continuous improvement of educational quality.关键词
