职业院校以工匠精神培育能工巧匠的对策研究
Research on the Countermeasures of Cultivating Skilled Craftsmen with Craftsmanship Spirit in Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Craftsmanship spirit is an inevitable requirement for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country,which is the soft power to improve the core competitiveness of the country,and the new requirement for vocational education put forward by the Party and the country in the new era.As the main front for training national-level master artisans,skilled craftsmen and highly skilled talents,vocational colleges are becoming increasingly attractive,influential and competitive.This paper proposes that the development of vocational education should integrate with the cross-border concept,strengthen the cultivation of cultural quality,combine teaching,learning and doing,and strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation and promote the development of dual-subject education team,so as to cultivate students' craftsmanship spirit.关键词
