摘要
Abstract
Taking the joint construction of the Elevator Industry College by Guidaojiaotong Polytechnic Institute and BLT Elevator of Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industrial Group as a case,this paper deeply analyzes the construction background,target planning,operation mode and core connotation of the industrial college.Meanwhile,it elaborates on the practical process of the talent cultivation model of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics,from the implementation of the concept to the specific execution.Remarkable achievements have been made in talent cultivation,providing strong support for promoting the development of regional elevator industry.关键词
