Abstract
At present,some vocational colleges are confronted with problems such as the solidification of educational modes,the disconnection between curriculum settings and social demands,and the insufficient professional teachers,which have restricted their own development.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should give full play to the characteristics and advantages of vocational education,focus on the growth and success,strive for the coordinated development of enhancing education and building a strong teaching team,focus on the connection between the industrial chain and the talent chain,and strive for high-level school-running capacity and high-quality integration of industry and education,so as to increase the school-running level and talent cultivation quality of higher vocational colleges and better meet the needs of society for highly skilled talents.关键词
