SNAPPS病例陈述方法在消化内科实习教学中的应用与评价
Application and evaluation of SNAPPS Case Presenta-tion Teaching Method in Internship Teaching of Gastro-enterology

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of SNAPPS case presentation teaching method in clinical rea-soning teaching of interns and its influence on medical stu-dents'diagnostic thinking.Methods 100 students who were doing internships in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected.The students were randomly divided into two groups by the ran-dom number table method.The interns were taught respec-tively by the traditional case presentation teaching method and SNAPPS case presentation teaching method.The case presentation ability,diagnostic thinking inventory score,ba-sic medical knowledge test and feedback of teachers and students after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The findings suggested that the students in SNAPPS group performed better in diagnostic analysis than those in traditional teaching group.All the students in the SNAPPS group sought to clarify their doubts by asking questions and admitting their uncertainty,and all of them identified case-based topics for self-study.The DTI score in SNAPPS group was higher than that in traditional teach-ing group,and DTI score had no correlation with basic medical knowledge.Teachers and students were generally satisfied with SNAPPS teaching methods.Conclusions The SNAPPS method promotes students to enhance clini-cal diagnostic reasoning,which can be used in clinical prac-tice teaching.关键词
