摘要
Abstract
To address issues such as long response time,low control accuracy,and poor stability in the electrical control system of coal mining equipment,an optimized design scheme is proposed,covering hardware components,system architecture,and control algorithms.Practical test results showed that the system response time was reduced from 250 ms to 120 ms,control accuracy improved from 85%to 98%,and the annual failure rate decreased from 15 to 5 occurrences.Supervision evaluation confirms that the system operates stably,meets all technical requirements,and demonstrates strong engineering applicability and promotion value.The research provides a feasible path for the intelligent upgrade of electrical control system.关键词
