Abstract
To address the complex underground mine environment and inefficiency of traditional monitoring methods,this study designs a mine-used dual local fan monitoring system based on the CAN bus.The system adopts a hierarchical distributed architecture,where the on-site monitoring unit collects real-time operating parameters of the fans.The CAN bus is utilized to achieve highly reliable data transmission,and the monitoring and management center handles data processing and fault early warning.Experimental results show that at a communication rate of 500 kbps,the system's response time ranges from 65.2 ms to 96.7 ms,the data transmission success rate exceeds 99.12%,the fault detection accuracy rate is over 96.8%,and the battery life lasts more than 9.8 h.These performance indicators meet the monitoring requirements of underground equipment and provide a reliable technical support for safe production in mines.关键词
