摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the failure of a certain type of aero-piston engine during the design of power enhancement,the optimization range target was set as no less than 5%of the maximum temperature and maximum deformation of the piston according to the cause of failure.And accordingly,the optimization design of the piston structure was carried out.A simulation model of piston thermo-mechanical coupling was established and verified.The influence of structural factors on the performance of piston thermo-mechanical coupling was investigated through the simulation model of piston thermo-mechanical coupling.Based on the research results,the optimal design of piston structure was carried out,and the optimal design scheme for the piston structure was proposed.The maximum temperature of the optimized piston is optimized by 7.21%,and the maximum deformation is optimized by 6.27%,compared with those of the original piston,which meets the optimization targets.关键词
