新疆机采棉品质研究现状及其影响因素分析
Research status of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton quality and its influencing factor analysis

Abstract
In order to explore the factors influencing the quality of machine-picked cotton,based on literature analysis and research,the effects of variety selection,cultivation techniques and management,as well as picking and processing techniques on the qualities such as fiber length,breaking specific strength and impurity content of machine-picked cotton were discussed.Research showed that the promotion of drought-tolerant and high-yield variety could significantly optimize fiber quality.Reasonable configuration of planting row spacing and density,as well as rational application of plant growth regulators,which could enhance the utilization rate of light energy and the breaking specific strength of fibers.Optimizing the mechanical picking process and processing parameters could reduce the impurity rate and minimize fiber damage.In addition,the prevention and control of residual film pollution,the application of intelligent agricultural technology and green sustainable management measure were the key paths to enhance the quality of machine-picked cotton and the competitiveness of the industry in the future.It is considered that the coordinated development of the entire industrial chain,including variety breeding,cultivation technique and management,as well as picking and processing,which are conducive to the high-quality development of China's cotton industry.关键词
