机采棉高效高质加工工艺优化路径分析
Analysis of the optimization path for high-efficiency and high-quality processing technology of machine-picked cotton
摘要
Abstract
Focused on improving the processing efficiency and quality of machine-picked cotton in China,the regional differences in cotton processing among major cotton-growing areas represented by Xinjiang,the Yangtze River Basin and the Yellow River Basin were systematically analyzed.It deeply revealed the key impacts of regional differences,seed cotton characteristics and equipment process parameters on lint quality,and bottleneck problems were specifically analyzed,such as poor equipment adaptability and processing damage.A trinity high-efficiency and high-quality processing system of"regional adaptation-process optimization-intelligent control"was proposed.The optimization paths for different cotton-growing areas in terms of processing technology routes,equipment selection and operation parameters were defined.The research showed that deepening regional adaptation,accelerating intelligent upgrading and improving the standardization system were the future directions for machine-picked cotton processing.It is considered that the process optimization in the link of machine-picked cotton processing is the key to improve fiber quality,reduce production cost and enhance product competitiveness.关键词
