国内外机采棉干燥技术与装备发展现状
Current development status of machine-picked cotton drying technology and equipment at home and abroad
摘要
Abstract
To enhance the energy utilization rate in the drying process of machine-picked cotton in China,reduce drying costs and improve processing quality,the widely adopted drying processes of machine-picked cotton at home and abroad were elaborated in detail.The existing drying equipment,drying heat sources,dust removal devices,as well as the detection and control technologies during the drying process were also systematically introduced and analyzed.It was pointed out there were problems in the drying of machine-picked cotton in China,such as a lack of basic technical research,single type of process,low degree of digitalization and intelligentization and limited variety of drying equipment.It is considered that the drying technology and equipment for machine-picked cotton in China should develop in the direction of environmental protection,energy conservation,high efficiency,high quality and intelligentization.关键词
