新质生产力赋能林业企业韧性的实践路径研究
Research on practical path of new quality productivity empowering resilience of forestry enterprises

Abstract
Cultivation and development of new quality forestry productivity is an important starting point to achieve high-quality development of forestry.Based on the TOE framework,this paper systematically explained the theoretical logic of new quality productive forces improving the resilience of forestry enterprises from three dimensions of technology,organization and environment,and put forward the practical path of improving the resilience of forestry enterprises.The results showed that:(1)New quality productivity empowering forestry enterprises'resilience should play a synergistic role of technology,organization and environment,and a single factor could not independently constitute the necessary condition for improving resilience.(2)New quality productivity could significantly improve the forestry enterprises'ability to resist risks,adapt to adjustment and transform and innovate through innovation-driven by technology dimension,resource allocation optimization of organizational dimension,and policy support and financial tools of environmental dimension.(3)New quality productivity empowering the resilience of forestry enterprises required to closely combine the national strategic orientation with the actual situation of forestry industry development,and took precise measures at the levels such as scientific and technological innovation,talent cultivaltion,and industrial coordination,so as to further solve the problems faced by the development of new quality productivity,and thus enhance the resilience of forestry enterprises.The innovation of this paper lied in focusing on the connotation definition and practice mode of new quality productivity in the forestry industry.Based on the actual situation of the forestry industry,it deeply analyzed the complex causal relationship and internal theoretical mechanism in the process of new quality productivity acting on improving the resilience of forestry enterprises,providing a new theoretical perspective and practical enlightenment for new quality productivity to empower the resilience of forestry enterprises.In the future,it is necessary to continue to focus on cultivating new quality productivity,deeply integrate it into all links of forestry enterprise development,enhance the resilience of forestry enterprises by strengthening technological innovation,optimizing resource allocation and promoting green transformation,providing a solid support for high-quality development of forestry.关键词
