新疆地区环境温湿度和烘干工艺对皮棉质量的影响
Effect of environmental temperature&humidity and drying technology on Xinjiang lint quality

Abstract
In order to study the influence of environmental temperature and humidity&drying technology on Xinjiang lint quality,samples from four representative ginning factories were selected as the research objects,and the quality indexes such as cotton fiber length,fracture specific strength,neps and impurity were tested,and the data were processed and analyzed.The results showed there were significant differences in environmental temperature and relative humidity between southern Xinjiang and northern Xinjiang in the ginning season,in early gining period and late ginning period,the average temperature in southern Xinjiang was 1.70℃and 6.25℃higher than that in northern Xinjiang,and the average relative humidity in southern Xinjiang was 9.31 percentage points and 34.23 percentage points lower than that in northern Xinjiang,respectively,and the difference between them was more obvious in the late ginning period.Generally,southern Xinjiang adopted one drying process,while northern Xinjiang should adopt two drying processes.It is considered that the fiber brittleness caused by low temperature can be reduced by using a simple heating device instead of drying process of heating and dehumidify in the late ginning period,and the fiber damage during processing can be reduced.关键词
