摘要

Abstract

In order to fabricate superhydrophobic cotton fabric with micro-nano level roughness and antibacterial property,3D graphene aerogel(HGA)loaded by Ag-TiO2 namometer particles(AT)composite material prepared by sol-gel method and chemical reduction method.By dip-coating method with silane coupling agent(PDMS)as binder which provided lower surface energy and modified the cotton fabric.Meanwhile,surface morphology,water contact angle,surface element composition,infrared spectrum,anti-bacterial property,anti-soil property,air permeability and washing durability of the modified cotton fabric were characterized in detail and tested.The results showed that the surface roughness of the modified cotton fabric was increased obviously,the water contact angle was reached 160.8° which displayed the prominent superhydrophobicity.After modification,the functional groups of cotton fabric was changed dramatically,silicon content was greatly increased,Si—O—Si and Si—C vibration peaks were displayed in the infrared spectrum,which proved the successful loading of composite material on the cotton fabric.The antibacterial rate of modified cotton fabric against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were over 99.99%,which indicated the outstanding antibacterial property.Air permeability of the modified cotton fabric was decreased but met the comfort requirements of clothing,the modified fabric had excellent washing durability and anti-soil property.
