森林"四库"理念促进生态城市发展路径研究
Research on the path of promoting eco-city development under"Four Reserves"concept of forests
摘要
Abstract
In the context of global climate change and the growing prominence of urban ecological issues,the"Four Reserves"concept of forests provides a new idea for urban green transformation and sustainable development.This paper combined the"Four Reserves"concept of forests with the eco-city development,aiming to provide guidance for the construction of eco-cities.This study followed the principle of"clarifying the theory and achieving practical use,integrating theory and practice",and comprehensively employed the methods of literature research and logical analysis to deeply analyze theoretical logic and practical paths of promoting eco-city development.Research findings revealed that:Theoretically,the"Four Reserves"concept of forests aimed to enhance urban ecological resilience,economic transformation,and social well-being by optimizing ecological networks,upgrading green industries,and promoting ecological co-construction and sharing.Specifically,the"Four Reserves"of forests could improve urban water resource management capabilities by regulating hydrology,develop green economy to facilitate urban industrial transformation,enrich food sources to ensure urban food security,and address climate change to enhance urban livability.In practice,the development of eco-cities should clarify spatial layout and functional zoning through systematic planning,construct ecological carriers through vegetation configuration,then amplify the effectiveness of the"Four Reserves"of forests with resource recycling technologies,implement optimized management strategies through dynamic monitoring systems,and ultimately form a social co-governance mechanism through public participation.That is,following the path"system synergy-spatial implementation-efficiency enhancement-dynamic control-social co-governance",the level of urban de-velopment could be elevated.The innovation of this study lied in analyzing the theoretical logic between the"Four Reserves"concept of forests and ecological urban development,enriched the reserch on the"Four Reserves"concept of forests promoting the eco-city development.Given the complexity of ecological city construction,future research should continuously innovate and further improve the application strategies of the"Four Reserves"concept of forests to achieve harmonious coexistence between cities and nature and promote sustainable development of humanity.关键词
