Abstract
With the rapid development of domestic industry,titanium composite plate pressure vessels are widely used in chemical and pharmaceutical fields due to their excellent corrosion resistance,good strength of the base material,and superior economic performance.Quality control during the manufacturing process is crucial.This paper takes a titanium composite plate equipment produced by a domestic pressure vessel manufacturer as an example,combining issues encountered during the equipment production process and past experience in supervising titanium composite plate equipment.It primarily discusses quality control points in equipment supervision during the manufacturing process of titanium composite plate equipment,focusing on key aspects such as raw material procurement,cutting and assembly,welding,and non-destructive testing,aiming to provide practical guidance for quality control in similar equipment manufacturing processes.关键词
