Abstract
This article focuses deeply on the supervision practice of petroleum equipment engineering projects,carefully selecting several representative actual supervision cases.Through a comprehensive and multi-level analysis of these cases,it examines the risk identification methods in the management process of the supervised units from dimensions such as enterprise qualifications,production conditions,quality control,and resource allocation.It also systematically expounds the applicable dynamic control strategies in combination with the requirements of the quality management system and relevant standards and norms for equipment engineering supervision,providing practical experience references for the industry.关键词
