摘要
Abstract
Phased-array ultrasonic imaging technology is based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasound waves,and achieves precise detection of welded joints through the collaboration of multiple transmitting and receiving elements,with outstanding advantages.This study aims to address the blind spots and cost issues of traditional pipeline welding detection methods.Phased-array ultrasonic imaging technology is used to achieve accurate detection by flexibly adjusting the sound beam through multi element probes.Through experimental verification,this technology can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of pressure pipeline welding joint detection,generate real-time defect visualization images,and support complex structure detection.关键词
