宁南山区乡村聚落适灾韧性评价与提升策略
Research on Disaster Resilience Evaluation and Improvement Strategy of Rural Settlements in Southern Ningxia:A Case Study of Supu Village,Xiji County

Abstract
The southern mountainous area of Ningxia has a complex geological structure and diverse topography,making it susceptible to geological disasters.Factors such as poor disaster resistance of village houses,an inadequate disaster prevention system,and weak awareness among villagers regarding disaster prevention and risk education have led to frequent occurrences of villages falling back into poverty as a result of disasters and the failure of rural construction initiatives.Based on resilience theory and utilizing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this study develops an evaluation system for the resilience of rural settlements against geological disasters.This system includes 25 indicators,such as the stability of building structures,and focuses on three aspects:pre-disaster prevention,disaster response and post-disaster recovery.Supu Village in Xiji County is selected for empirical study.The findings indicate that the overall resilience level of villages is low;however,the level of post-disaster recovery is higher than that of pre-disaster prevention and disaster response,largely due to supportive policies implemented by local governments.Based on these evaluation results,this study presents strategies for enhancing disaster resilience in Supu Village,focusing on strengthening pre-disaster defense resilience,ensuring resilience during disaster response measures,and enhancing recovery resilience following disasters.These strategies aim to provide technical support for disaster prevention and risk reduction in rural settlements within the mountainous regions of Southern Ningxia.关键词
