Research Progress in Liquid-Phase Low Temperature Methanol Synthesis
摘要
Abstract
The liquid-phase low temperature methanol synthesis process offers significant advantages,including a high one-pass conversion rate of feed gas and efficient heat removal from the reaction.This paper reviews recent advancements in liquid-phase low temperature methanol synthesis(below 180 ℃),with a focus on the performance of Cu-based catalysts in alcohol solvent-assisted systems,the influence of water and solvent types on reaction performance,hydrogenolysis of esters for methanol production,and CO2 capture using alcohol/amine systems.Additionally,the mechanisms of these reactions are elucidated.Further in-depth investigations are warranted in areas such as the valence-state regulation of active Cu species in catalysts and the design of bifunctional catalysts.关键词
