Abstract

This study investigates the impact of various cultivation models on the agronomic traits and rhizosphere soil of Lilium davidii var.unicolor,providing a reference for selecting high-quality cultivation practices.Using L.davidii var.unicolor as the experimental material,four cultivation methods were established:T1(white clover+vermicompost),T2(white clover+sandy soil),T3(vermicompost),and T4(sandy soil),to measure the agronomic traits of L.davidii var.unicolor and the physical and chemical properties of the rhizosphere soil under these different cultivation models.Additionally,high-throughput sequencing of bacterial 16S rRNA and fungal ITS genes was employed to explore the diversity and community structure of soil microorganisms.The results show that:significant differences were observed in the agronomic traits of L.davidii var.unicolor across the cultivation models.Notably,the combination of vermicompost and white clover(T1)was most beneficial for lily growth,resulting in greater stem diameter,plant height,and leaf count compared to other treatments.The cultivation model also significantly influenced the physical and chemical properties of the rhizosphere soil;treatment T1 exhibited markedly higher total nitrogen,total phosphorus,organic matter content,pH,and conductivity than the other treatments.Microbial diversity analysis revealed that the Chao and Shannon indies for bacteria and fungi in soil from treatment T2 were significantly higher than those in the other treatments,indicating greater community richness.Principal component analysis showed considerable variability in the community composition of soil bacteria and fungi among treatments.Different cultivation modes significantly affected the microbial species composition in the rhizosphere soil of L.davidii var.unicolor.Treatment T1 increased the relative abundance of Chloroflexi while decreasing the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,and Proteobacteria.Agronomic traits were found to be significantly correlated with rhizosphere soil physical and chemical factors;specifically,plant height was positively correlated with total nitrogen,organic matter and electrical conductivity.The top 30 bacterial and fungal phyla by relative abundance were analyzed for correlations with soil physical and chemical factors,identifying 18 bacterial and 7 fungal phyla that were significantly related to total phosphorus,pH,organic matter,electrical conductivity,and total nitrogen.The cultivation model combining white clover and vermicompost promotes the growth of L.davidii var.unicolor,enhances rhizosphere soil fertility,and supports beneficial microbial community formation,making it an ideal practice for high-quality cultivation.
