Research Progress on Organic Pollutant 1,4-Dichlorobenzene
1,4-二氯苯(P-DCB)是一种典型的挥发性有机污染物,具有强挥发性和难降解性,可通过大气传输,在食物链中富集,对人体和生态环境会造成不可忽视的影响.P-DCB曾被广泛运用于一些工业企业,是氯碱化工行业和生产染料、香料、医药和农药上的重要中间体,也有杀菌消毒除臭的作用,但因为其强挥发难降解的特性,导致P-DCB容易在生物体内蓄积.农业生产活动中也会使用一定量的P-DCB,直接或者间接地进入到人体,从而影响到人的身体健康.随着时间的推移,人们开始意识到其对生态环境造成的恶劣影响,这使P-DCB为代表的有机氯农药污染该如何处理并解决成为当下的一大课题.本文综述了P-DCB分析方法、合成、环境影响、农业活动、降解方面的研究的现状和进展.
1,4-dichlorobenzene(P-DCB)is a typical volatile organic pollutant,characterized by its high volatility and recalcitrance to degradation.It can be transported through the atmosphere,accumulate in the food chain,and pose significant risks to human health and ecological systems.P-DCB has been widely utilized in various industrial sectors as a crucial intermediate in the chlor-alkali industry,as well as in the production of dyes,fragrances,pharmaceuticals,and pesticides.It also serves functions in sterilization,disinfection,and deodorization.However,its high volatility and persistence result in bioaccumulation within living organisms,leading to increased concentrations in specific environments.Agricultural practices also involve the application of P-DCB,which can enter the human body directly or indirectly,thereby impacting human health.As awareness of its detrimental effects on the ecological environment has grown,addressing pollution caused by organochlorine pesticides,particularly P-DCB,has emerged as a critical issue requiring urgent attention.This paper reviews the current status and advancements in research on P-DCB,focusing on analytical methods,synthesis,environmental impacts,agricultural applications,and degradation process.
