Development Status and Challenges of Vegetable Mechanization in Shandong Province
摘要
Abstract
Shandong is a major vegetable province in China,and its vegetable industry occupies an important position in China's agricultural economic structure.Since the implementation of the'vegetable basket'in the 1980s,the scale of the vegetable industry of Shandong province has continued to expand,highlighting an increasing demand for mechanized production.This article systematically elaborates on the development history of vegetable mechanization in Shandong province covering the initial stage,demonstration and development phase and comprehensive upgrade stage,and introduces the status of the vegetable industry from aspects such as key-link mechanization technologies,production modes,machinery equipment and mechanization rates.Although Shandong province has achieved globally leading levels in mechanization technologies for certain segments of characteristic vegetables(such as bulbil upward sowing of garlic),it still faces multiple challenges including insufficient integration of research,production,promotion and application,weaknesses in key production links,outdated production facilities,inadequate experimental and demonstration,and underdeveloped socialized service system.In response to these issues,recommendations are proposed such as developing advantageous and characteristic vegetables according to local conditions,increasing policy and financial support,enhancing technological and equipment innovation,strengthening publicity and demonstration efforts and fostering new types of service organizations.Finally,it is pointed out that Shandong province vegetable industry will be supported by mechanization and continue to advance steadily toward scale,standardization and intelligence,which will provide critical supports for the high-quality development of Shandong province vegetable industry.关键词
