Development Status and Challenges of Vegetable Mechanization in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
As a pioneering region in the development of facility agriculture and vegetable mechanization in China,Jiangsu province has promoted the transformation and upgrading of its vegetable industry through policy guidance and technological innovation of machinery and equipment.Its development bottlenecks and achievements have demonstration value for the entire country.This article details the development status of vegetable mechanization in Jiangsu.It emphasizes the machinery and equipment that have been a focus for design and manufacturing,testing and certification,promotion and application within the province.It summarizes the promotion and application achievements such as the mechanized planting modes of characteristic vegetables in Jiangsu province.It also points out the development bottlenecks in the mechanization process of vegetable production in Jiangsu province,including insufficient integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy,unbalanced industrial development,prominent issues related to mechanization suitability and scale management,lack of professional talent and insufficient support from the supply side.Accordingly,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including advancing facility agriculture construction,improving the working system and strengthening financial support,and so on.Furthermore,the paper outlooks future trends from aspects like broader application,equipment specialization,technology integration and industrial synergy.The aim is to provide a replicable and referential demonstration model for the development of agricultural mechanization in other regions of China.关键词
