甘蓝类蔬菜全程机械化现状、问题与发展路径研究
Research on the Status,Problems and Development Paths of Full Mechanization in Brassica Vegetables

Abstract
Brassica vegetables are important crops in China,with both planting area and yield ranking among the highest in the world.However,the level of full mechanization,especially in harvesting,remains significantly behind that of developed countries in Europe and America.This paper focuses primarily on head cabbage as the main research subject and systematically analyzes the current state of mechanization development in key stages such as land preparation,seedling cultivation,transplanting,field management and harvesting.It points out that the mechanization rate for harvesting in China is less than 15%,representing a core bottleneck constraining full mechanization.By comparing typical technologies and equipment domestically and internationally,the study examines existing issues in the current mechanization process,including insufficient integration of agricultural machinery and agronomic practices,poor adaptability of equipmen and low levels of intelligence.Based on this analysis,development paths are proposed,such as promoting the breeding of machine-adaptable varieties,strengthening the research and development of intelligent agricultural machinery,and establishing mechanization demonstration bases.These suggestions aim to provide theoretical foundations and technical support for advancing the full mechanization of Brassica vegetables in China.关键词
