Interpretation of the Association Standard Code of Practice for Subglottic Secretion Drainage in Artifi-cial Airway by Shanghai Nursing Association
摘要
Abstract
To standardize artificial airway subglottic secretion drainage in adults and relevant nursing practices,the Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard Code of Practice for Subglottic Secretion Drainage in Artificial Airway(T/SHNA 0015-2025)in May 2025.This article interprets the association standard from several aspects,including development background and process,characteristics and main contents,and recommendations for clinical application and promotion.It aims to help healthcare providers in diverse medical institutions at all levels better understand and implement this standard,and to provide a reference for achieving standardized and safe artificial airway subglottic secretion drainage and enhancing the quality of artificial airway care.关键词
