镇安县磨石沟生态清洁小流域治理模式研究
Study on the Management Model of the Moshi Valley Eco-Clean Small Watershed in Zhen'an County
摘要
Abstract
The Moshi valley eco-clean small watershed in Zhen'an county has established a three-tier soil and water conservation defense line comprising ecological restoration,comprehensive management,and preventive protection.The watershed is divided into prevention zones,integrated treatment zones,and ecological restoration zones,with a multidimensional deployment of measures targeting soil erosion control and non-point source pollution prevention.A comprehensive governance system of"mountains,rivers,forests,farmland,lakes,grasslands,and sand"has been developed.By leveraging the"fairy tale Moshi valley"brand,an"eco-tourism-oriented"eco-clean watershed model was created.Water and soil conservation outreach efforts have led to significant ecological,economic,and social benefits,making this initiative a model for small watershed management in the Qinba mountains and offering a demonstration reference for soil erosion control and eco-clean watershed construction in the source area of the South-to-North water diversion project(middle route).关键词
