Abstract
The severe weather conditions of typhoon are unignorable risks for launch activities at coastal space launch sites,which imposes constraints on the realization of flight-like space launch.To ensure safety and reliability,this paper conducts a study on risk strategies for mission suspension or withdrawal at launch sites under typhoon severe weather.It analyzes the overall strategy,decision-making timing,judgment criteria,etc.,and designs a reference scheme for typhoon risk avoidance by combining the cost-loss decision threshold with the meteorological forecast risk probability.This can provide auxiliary support for risk decision-making at coastal space launch sites in the face of typhoon weather.关键词
