Abstract
To enhance quality management in hydraulic and hydropower projects,this study introduces a quality risk early warning method based on the integrated DEMATEL-ISM-BN approach.Using the G hydropower project as a case study,a quality risk indicator system was established for different project stages.The DEMATEL method was employed to determine indicator importance and interrelationships,while the ISM method was used to identify hierarchical linkages and causal pathways.The resulting ISM structure was converted into a Bayesian Network(BN)topology,which enabled causal reasoning and prediction of quality risk probabilities.The findings confirm that this method effectively identifies critical quality risk factors and supports proactive quality risk management.关键词
