摘要

Abstract

To promote the adjustment of energy structure and effectively improve the ecological environment is the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"in Hebei province.The development of renewable energy power will become an important driving force to promote the development of green energy,ensure energy security and create new economic growth in Hebei province.In order to more accurately measure the carbon reduction potential of renewable energy,the baseline emission factors(OM)and(BM)of China's regional power grid were adopted to measure and analyze the CO2 emission potential of wind power,solar power and biomass power generation in Hebei province.The results show that from 2017 to 2025,the direct carbon emission of wind power generation is 17.264 million t,solar power generation is 15.159 million t,followed by garbage power generation,agricultural and forestry straw power generation and biogas power generation are 23 000 t,17 000 t and 1 000 t.The carbon dioxide reduction is equivalent to 47.788 million tce of standard coal used.
