Abstract
The point-type separation mechanism is widely used in launch vehicle-satellite separation interfaces.The stiffness characteristics of its connection and release assembly are one of the key factors affecting the fundamental frequency of satellites,while the nonlinear behavior complicates the dynamic analysis.By performing nonlinear static simulations that account for contact and preload effects,the variation of local stiffness with load is quantified.The local stiffness under specific loads is then equivalently linearized as the assembly's dynamic stiffness modeled by Timoshenko beams.Through a set of simulated satellite,comparative studies between simulation and experiment test are conducted.The test reveals a consistent trend that both assembly stiffness and the combined structure's fundamental frequencies decrease with the increasing load.The simulation results align well with the test data,validating the effectiveness of using load-dependent local stiffness as an equivalent linearized parameter.This approach provides a feasible method for equivalent interface stiffness modeling in satellite dynamic analysis with point type separation mechanisms.关键词
