低温末级长时间滑行过程氢箱主动排气温度压力控制研究

Abstract
For the hydrogen/oxygen upper stage that long-duration coasting in orbit,the temperature and pressure of the propellant continue to rise under the continuous action of external heat flow.To ensure the safety of the storage tank structure and main engine restart,it is necessary to predict and control the hydrogen tank pressure and propellant temperature.A thermodynamic model of liquid hydrogen storage tank was established.Simulation analysis was conducted on the self-pressurization rate of liquid hydrogen storage tank under different gas-liquid interface states under microgravity.The analysis showed that the larger the liquid phase contact wall area,the smaller the self-pressurization rate of liquid hydrogen storage tank;And the influence of different initial temperature,pressure control bands on design parameters such as active venting frequency and liquid hydrogen evaporation rate was analyzed,providing reference for the tank pressure control during the long-duration coasting phase of the cryogenic upper stage.关键词
