Abstract
The conventional measurement method for propellants requires drilling holes at the bottom of the storage tank to install temperature sensors.In order to improve the temperature monitoring method of conventional propellant stored on the ground for launch vehicles,an external wall temperature measurement method is proposed to replace the tank through cabin contact measurement method.Simulation analysis is used to explore the operability of this method in mechanism,and then carrying tests are used to further verify the portability and feasibility of this method in actual operation.The results show that the temperature difference between the outer wall temperature of the tank and the real temperature of the propellant under normal temperature storage is less than 0.5℃.It is feasible to measure the outer wall temperature of each tank to reflect the real temperature of the tank propellant,which has certain reference value for ensuing the integrity of the tank,reducing the hidden danger of propellant leakage,improving the launch reliability and reducing the launch cost.关键词
