老年肺癌患者服用抗肿瘤药物的依从性及影响因素分析
Medication adherence and influencing factors of elderly lung cancer patients taking anti-tumor drugs

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of compliance with anti-tumor drugs in the elderly patients with lung cancer and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 260 elderly lung cancer patients as the research subjects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on their general information,medi-cation knowledge,and adherence to anti-tumor drugs.Using univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses to an-alyze the influencing factors of adherence to anti-tumor drugs in elderly lung cancer patients.Results The Morisky Medi-cation Adherence Scale score for 260 patients was(5.78±1.02)points,and 183 patients(70.38%)had good medica-tion adherence.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in medication adherence among elderly lung cancer patients in terms of educational level,living conditions,monthly household income per capita,medical payment methods,medication awareness level,and the number of basic medications taken(all P<0.05).The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that education level,living conditions,medical pay-ment methods,medication awareness level,and the number of basic medications taken were the main influencing factors of medication adherence in the elderly lung cancer patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The compliance of elderly lung cancer patients taking anti-tumor drugs needs to be further improved.Elderly lung cancer patients with high school educa-tion or above,companionship,and a medication awareness level of≥6 have higher medication adherence,while elderly lung cancer patients with medical insurance or public payment,and with≥3 types of medication for underlying diseases have lower medication adherence.关键词
