水下盾构隧洞围岩和衬砌结构变形规律及影响因素研究
Deformation Laws and Influencing Factors of Peripheral Rock and Lining Structures of Underwater Shield Tunnel
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the force and deformation of the surrounding rock and lining structure of underwater shield tunnel in the stratum under the action of complex factors,a three-dimensional numerical model of dynamic tunnel excavation is established to analyze the force and deformation of surrounding rock and soil bodies and the lining pipe sheets in the excavation process of tunnel under the stratums of weak and no weak interlayer,and to explore the influence of the modulus of elasticity,the water level of the earth's surface and the grouting pressure on the deformation of surrounding rock and soil bodies and the lining structure of tunnel.The results show that:(a)the excavation of tunnel led to the stress of surrounding geotechnical body from a uniform layer distribution into a symmetric funnel with the central axis as the symmetric center,and the horizontal and vertical displacements of surrounding geotechnical body with the increase in the excavation footage increased significantly first and then tended to be stabilized;(b)the existence of weak interlayer led to the emergence of a significant concentration of stress in the geotechnical body of arch top and arch bottom,and the surrounding geotechnical body will produce a significant increase in the displacement;(c)the lining pipe sheet is mainly subjected to compressive stress,and the bottom part of pipe sheet is subjected to larger tensile stress,which increases with the increase of excavation footage;(d)the stress on the lining pipe sheet near the weak soil body increases significantly,and the deformation of pipe sheet increases significantly;and(e)in the process of grouting while excavating,the grouting pressure has the greatest influence on the settlement of geotechnical body around the vault of tunnel,and the change of surface water level has the greatest influence on the settlement of the vault of lining structure of tunnel.关键词
