强碱性高钠离子环境中除Cs介质的筛选及工程化模拟
Screening and engineering simulation of Cs removing media in strong alkaline and high sodium ion environment

Abstract
This study addresses the engineering challenge of cesium removal from strong alkalinity and high sodium waste liquid during Mo-99 isotope production in isotope reactors.Three zeolite media(4A molecular sieve,13X molecular sieve and natural zeolite)were screened to evaluate the Cs adsorption performance.Media were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and adsorption performances were obtained using static and dy-namic adsorption tests.XRD confirmed Cs adsorption by all three media.The FTIR results verified Cs ad-sorption and indicated that the peak intensity variations is related to adsorption capacity.The SEM results in-dicated varying degrees of media corrosion under harsh environments.The static adsorption test show that the natural zeolite is the most effective,achieving a Cs adsorption capacity of 0.28 mg/g.The dynamic op-eration test using natural clinoptilolite(a type of natural zeolite)explored the decontamination capacity of the medium and dynamic flow rate effects.The results showed that a maximum decontamination factor(DF)of 1.33 and a maximum single-stage Cs removal efficiency of approximately 25%within the flow rates of 15~30 BV/h.This work provides critical data for selecting and improving Cs removal media under high alkalinity and salinity,offering significant guidance for practical engineering applications.关键词
