可穿戴设备在远程心脏康复中的应用研究进展
Research progress on application of wearable devices in remote cardiac rehabilitation
摘要
Abstract
Cardiac rehabilitation is a core component of secondary prevention for cardiovascular diseases.Through ex-ercise training,health education and lifestyle intervention,the mortality and rehospitalization rates of patients significantly reduce.However,due to geographical restrictions,time costs and economic burdens,the participation rate of traditional cardiac rehabilitation is less than 10%.In recent years,remote cardiac rehabilitation,leveraging the technological advan-tages of wearable devices,has become an important solution to break through the traditional model.Wearable devices have gradually been used in remote cardiac rehabilitation for patients with heart failure,atrial fibrillation,hypertension,and coronary heart disease/acute myocardial infarction.In-depth research on the technological progress,clinical application and future prospects of wearable devices is conducive to their wide application in remote cardiac rehabilitation.关键词
