Study of regulatory models of RNA in RNA-protein phase separation condensation

Abstract
This modeling study aims to model the regulatory role of RNA in RNA-protein(PROT)phase separation condensation(PSC).First,based on diffusion kinetics and Hill kinetics,a novel theoretical model for dynamic RNA-PROT PSC is proposed.Second,molecular dynamics simulations were utilized to elucidate the regulatory mechanisms of physical affinity and bonding interactions within RNA-PROT multiva-lent interactions in modulating RNA-PROT PSC.The findings demonstrate that multivalent interactions be-tween RNA and PROT induce multiphase separation within the RNA-PROT interaction system,leading to the formation of RNA-PROT condensates.RNA regulates RNA-PROT PSC through multivalent interac-tions,which is a synergistic outcome of physical affinity and bonding reactions between RNA and PROT.These results not only reveal the physical nature of dissipation and free-energy regulation in RNA-PROT PSC but also provide a more precise understanding of RNA's regulatory effects on RNA-PROT PSC via multivalent interactions with PROT.关键词
