摘要
Abstract
Fractures of the greater sciatic notch are a rare but significant type of hip fracture.They are often caused by high-energy trauma and are frequently accompanied by fractures of the acetabulum or other parts of the pelvis.Due to their unique anatomical location,the greater sciatic notch fractures are difficult to treat and patients are at risk of neurovascular injury during surgery.In recent years,continuous advancements in medical imaging and surgical techniques have led to significant developments in the diagnosis and treatment of the greater sciatic notch fractures,although many controversies and challenges remain.This article reviews the progress in the treatment of greater sciatic notch fractures from aspects such as anatomical characteristics,injury mechanisms,imaging features,and treatment methods,in hopes of providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
